JimmyD Posted August 17, 2009 Share Posted August 17, 2009 I just received the 6GB pack of XMS3 last Wednesday and one of the three sticks prevents the PC from starting when it is installed. I tried every combination possible and the PC only starts when the one particular stick is not installed. I submitted an RMA Friday, but realized I think I am supposed to post here first. Here is the information below: Let's get it replaced, please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace it. I just checked my email and my first RMA was approved. Sorry about doubling up the requests. I will go ahead and send it based on the first RMA.
