Invalid RMA number and haven't received RAM

I received case number 1069287 on 8/10/2009 and was subsequently assigned RMA 1118952. I called to request an Advanced RMA and after providing my credit card number, was given a new RMA 1119002. I was told that the memory would ship that same day.

 

On 8/11 Corsair placed a hold on my credit card. I have not received the replacement memory yet and when I try to view my Case status, it only shows me the status for the original RMA # that I was issued...not the new RMA 1119002.

 

Can you please tell me if the memory has been shipped and if so provide the tracking number in a Private Message?

Problem resolved. I called today and learned that Advanced RMA's are manual transactions only and they can't link the new RMA number to the existing Case Number...so as a result, you have to call in to obtain the status rather than using the online status tool.
