Galid
Hello! Here's my problem, if we can call that a problem :P I owned the psu for almost a year and I overclocked my system a while ago. It ran well and everything til tonite. I was plyaing Crysis(not for the first time) then the monitor turned black and computer shutted down. Tried to shut down the power supply for a while then turn power on again later, nothing to do. No led lighting on the motherboard. I have nothing to test my pc but it looked like a power supply failure. I submitted an online RMA but I heard you guys can make things go faster. Stil gotta figure out if it's really the power supply but it must be. Waiting for your answer guys :sunglasse
Wired
No one on the forum can speed up the RMA process. Have you tried the paper clip test yet? If not, it's detailed in a sticky in the PSU area.
Galid
I didn't try it yet, I will but it seems freaking dangerous.

Galid
I already filled it when it broke down. I was quite sure about the fact it was the power supply so I filled the form. But I didn't check the box saying I spoke with the ram guy. I guess I have to wait an answer now :)
