Waiting for Corsair to send drive back

On 7-28-09 i sent my Corsair 64gig flash drive back to them for a replacment.

On 8-03-09 i called and was told it was not Corsair product and was being sent back that day..8-03-09..

Every email comes back with a RMA# which i don't need.

Every phone call they tell me the person who takes care of this is off for the day or not in.



Hey Ram Guy how can i get this taken care of...?
