Request for RMA for HX620W, Case [1069283]

Hello,

i did a RMA request last Friday but i did'nt receive an answer, i also sent a mail 2 days ago to warranty@corsairmemory.com, no answer too .

 

The Tech Support Express Case is [1069283] .

 

The power supply is dead, something explodes inside while i was watching a movie on my computer, there was smoke and there is a yellow paste inside .

 

I live in France, can i send back the power supply to a french or european adress ?

Hello,

My rma is 1119522 , my case number is 1069283 , i have received a mail from corsair which says that my psu was received this tuesday.

 

I can't check the status of my rma on the tech support express page.

 

It's written "Based on the information you have provided, the best thing to do is send us your parts for replacement. " altough my psu was already received by corsair since tuesday.

 

can you update my case for permitting me an access to the rma status page please.

I am sorry but we do not have access to that system I would suggest calling in and talking to our customer service and see if they have an update. Please call them at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext 3.

 

 

P.S. I have sen them a message and asked them to update you ASAP.
