I got a vista pop-up saying that for "usb reliability" the driver needed to be updated. did that, my voyager was connected. the day after "BOOM" voyager dead! when i connect it to the computer or any other It says usb connected, usb mass storage device, but it wont open and i get this msg "please insert a disk into drive J:" does any one how to revive it or how to get the info out, i really need the info stored in it.
