DDR3 settings

I have just installed a set of Dominator TR3X6G16007D RAM modules.

Not sure about how to set these up in BIOS.

I have a ASUS P6T motherboard with a overclocked (3.8GHz) i7-920.

I have the AI overclock tuner set to - Manual

I had my DRAM frequency set to DDR3-1603 and DRAM voltage set to 1.64 and after a few minutes I got a blue screen fault.

Have now changed DRAM frequency to Auto and the voltage the same.

I have not "played" with DRAM Timing control.

CPU-Z reports:

DRAM Freq - 600.0MHz

FSB DRAM 2.6

CAS# Latency (CL) - 8.0 clocks

RAS# to CAS# Delay (RCD) - 8 clocks

RAS# Precharge (RP) - 8 clocks

Cycle Time (tRAS) - 20 clocks

Row Refresh Cycle Time (tRFC) - 59 clocks

Command Rate (CR) - 1T

Hopefully the PC does not blue screen again.

Thanks for anyone who can help.

Thanks.

Does anyone have settings for an overclock to 3.8GHz and the Corsair memory I have?

Just trying to get a stable overclock and not have the BIOS crash on me.

By the way the BIOS version is 0403.

Thanks

I am sorry but we do not have settings that way only for the tested settings of the modules and any Over clocking would need to be done by the use and tested by same. You can get the tested settings from the link in my signature and use these as reference.
