Gefagahaga
Hi! I am new to this forum but not a new Corsair user. I have used memory and PSUs from corsair for a very long time now. However, I have a couple of RAM sticks (DDR PC3200) that are faulty and I was wondering one thing. Since they have a lifetime warranty, does that mean that I can RMA them without the original receipt of purchase form the store i bought them? They are a few years old now and I have no clue where the receipt is. Also, I have a PSU (VX450) and DDR2 (Dominators, PC8500) that I bought a couple of years back. Again, I don't have a receipt, can I RMA it if something happens to either of them? Thanks in advance
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted August 5, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted August 5, 2009 Customer service may ask for it if there is a problem but normally they do not ask. If you have a problem just let us know!
Gefagahaga
Great, thanks for the answer! One more thing, do I pay shipping or does Corsair do that?
Wired
You pay to ship to one of their RMA depots. They pay to ship it back to you.
