RMA Status problem

hey all. i bought 2X2 Gig of ram a few month ago.

 

1 of them have die on me

 

i have send my ram. and still no new (2 week)

 

i have check the site and here it go

 

RMA : #1049705

BUT when i click to check the status it say :

so crossair say it done, then it say it not, and then my ram is at your office BUT it seem lost in a corner :D

 

could you please provide me whit more usufull information !!!

I am sorry about that but the tracking number does not show it has been delivered here only that it is in US customs if I understand the site correctly.

I would suggest calling in and talking to our customer service and see if they have any updates but the system doe s not show we have the package as of yet. And the tracking information does not show it has been delivered here.

 

I have sent them a message and asked then to contact you but it may be faster for you to call in at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext 3.

kinda hard for me to recall you since im living in a time zone kinda F....O....

 

well. i did watch the canada post track :

 

 

2009/07/30 07:34 International shipment has arrived in the destination country

 

and i did ship that in the USA (whit the paper 1 of you ask me to fill and tag after the paquage)

 

i did send a email :

but the email say nothing new :P it say **we WILL work whit your case but it may need more time**

 

so that mean you haven't recive the pieces, and post say yes.

 

that what who kinda confuse me. guest i will give 1 more day :D

What I am telling you is that according to that information it has not been received here. But Customer service would have more information than I would and may be able to help you and would be who you should contact like it states in that email. The information we have in Tech support is limited.

And you can go to http://www.timeanddate.com to see the difference we are in Pacific Standard Time. Your information stated you are in Canada and should not be that hard to call in. It is 11 AM here Approximately now so as suggested please call them they will do their best to help you.
