gomra
Hello, I have Corsair Flash Survivor 16 GB and I want to partition it. But I know it is not possible to do it normal way :[pouts:, so I downloaded BootIt and I flapped removable bit. But nothing was changed . I serached on Google and I found on Corsair forum it is not any Corsair's tool to do this :shootme: :wtfman: :veryangry :brick:. Please help me, I know I lost warranty (I am not silly). I also know it is potentially possible. Is any usb chip editor to flap bit, or any external tool? Please, give me at least links to external articles. I don't want to use drivers. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted July 30, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted July 30, 2009 What O.S. are you using? Windows does not support partitioning a removable drive and why we have not provided utilities to do this. You can use Linux but the active partition will be the only one seen in Windows.
