bernoulli
I wanted to ask a question about repeated failures of my 16GB corsair voyager flash drive. I have had 2 replaced this year already due to complete failure, not being recognized by machines and losing all internal data, and one the year before that. Today the replacement that I received a month ago totally slid out of its rubber casing when I removed it from a machine. I wanted to find out if there is anyway to change the model that is sent back to me from this current voyager to a mini or a survivor? It is getting a bit old sending in flash drives over and over again for some failure or another. Please help. I know how to send in an RMA and will again, but I would really prefer if I could change the version of the drive to hopefully prevent future failures.
