vegandingo
I have returned this psu to the online shop I bought it from and they say it is not faulty. The fault shows up as the computer tries to start and turns off over and over. I swapped the HX 620 with my HX 520 and in the several weeks I have used it the computer has never displayed this fault. The shop now wants me to pay $47 plus shipping to have my faulty psu returned to me. What do I do now? Thanks
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted July 28, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted July 28, 2009 Are you sure there was not maybe a loose connection? Let's get it replaced, please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace it.

If I show this post to the shop will you authorize a replacement for them so I do not need to send it to you (expensive) in addition to paying $47 plus shipping to get the faulty unit back? I am in Australia.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted July 28, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted July 28, 2009 You are welcome to show the post to them but I am not sure what they will do. I have no problem with doing an RMA on the PSU so what ever you can work out with them.
vegandingo
The shop has suggested that Corsair contact ALTECH ( quote: RA090720-137550 ) their supplier to arrange a replacement. Is this possible? Thanks
