Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted July 20, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted July 20, 2009 Please make sure that you have the latest BIOS version and the test the modules one at a time with XMP Enabled and see if one might be failing.

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted July 21, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted July 21, 2009 It may be the MB and CPU you have will just not over clock to this speed, I would try setting XMP to enable and then limit the Memory Frequency manually to DDR1600 and work your way up to where it tops out. And you might have to adjust the QPI Voltage to make it stable. If you have a (D0) Stepping CPU they do not seem to like High QPI Voltage and you may have to lower it as the default is 1.6-1.7 Volts with XMP Enabled. If you do not have a (D0) stepping CPU then try and increase the QP{I Voltage another +.1 Volts
