thepaka Posted July 19, 2009 Share Posted July 19, 2009 Hello, I bought last month a 4GB Dominator kit (2*2GB ddr2) with a set of 3 fans included (ref TWIN2X4096-8500C5DF). But after one week, I got some errors on one of the 2 modules (tested with memtest86+). My question is about the shipping: I know I must send the pair of modules, but about the fan ? Synthohol Posted July 19, 2009 Share Posted July 19, 2009 just pack up both sticks securely and ship them, keep the fan and the packaging. just print out the paperwork you get with the RMA and make sure a copy is inside the package and use the mailing label you will also print.
