DJJoker
I've been using my voyager drive for more than a year and everything was perfect until saturday. Now pluging it in any computer (which all have hi-speed ports and running windows xp/sp2/sp3) I get the following message: "This USB device can perform faster if you connect it to a Hi-Speed USB 2.0 port." I tested it in several computers and tried to format it. (Laptop Dell Inspiron 8600,Desktop Dell SX280,Desktop With Asus MB M2N-E,Athlon 64 3200+) taken from this thread I have also started to experience this problem and can not get my 1Gb Flash Voyager to operate in "Hi-Speed" mode! Is an RMA the only way to resolve the issue?
Wired
Yes, as it's a physical issue.
DJJoker
Ok - I guess I will just hang on to it as a spare as the cost of RMA is not really worth it :) Should the device continue to work ok in "slow" mode or will it start to develop other issues?
