MikeSp
According to the "official" list of DDR400 Dimms by Asus for my P4C800-E Deluxe motherboard, Corsair CMX512-3500C2 is recommended. This memory is not shown on the Corsair Web site and is not readily available on the Internet from many vendors. According to the Corsair Cross Reference Guide for this motherboard, TwinX1024-3200C2 is recommended for the enthusiast (I might OC just a smidgeon some day), so I ordered TwinX1024-3200C2Pro DIMMs. Can I achieve the full FSB rated speed with these DIMMs or should I have picked something else? Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted April 25, 2004 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 25, 2004 XMS3200C2 Pro should run great in this system! In fact we use this MB to validate these modules or an A7N8X, so yes they would run at DDR400 at Cass 2-3-3-6!
BKF
I was about to ask a similar question, but was curious about the TWINX1024-4000 Pro. Have they been tested in an ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe motherboard? I'd like to have some room for overclocking and was looking at the 4000Pro instead of the 3200Pro. However, I haven't been able to find out about their compatibility.
