RMA #1110572 - Is my RAM coming?

Ram Guy,

 

Eight days ago I received an email from Corsair support informing me that the RAM I sent in for RMA is discontinued and they offered to send me some comparable RAM instead. I sent an email in response saying that I accept the offer to send the comparable RAM.

 

It has been 7 days and I haven't heard any news regarding the RMA status. Could you tell me what's going on?

I am sorry about that, I have sent our customer service a message and asked them to contact you, but you may get a faster response by calling them at 510-654-8747 or 888-222-4346 Ext "3"

I did receive an email from Customer Support telling me that my RAM would be shipping that day (the day I received the email) and that I would be getting another email with the tracking number.

 

Unfortunately it has been a week since I received that email and I have yet to get my RAM or hear anything further.

 

Is there any way that you can tell me whats going on with my RAM and when it will be shipping? It's RMA #1110572.
