Hello,

search didn't yield any results so I'm asking here: I have recently bought the above-mentioned memory and mainboard, but they don't seem to work together. Should these two components be compatible?

thanks for answers

The memory should be compatible. Please make sure you have the latest BIOS available for your motherboard, load setup defaults in the BIOS and then test the modules one at a time to see if you can isolate a single module that is causing the issues. If both modules work when tested individually then I would test a single memory module in each DIMM slot to make sure there is not a DIMM slot causing the problem. Let us know your results!

I have already flashed BIOS to the latest version (F6A). I will try what you are recommending me and will let you know. In the meantime I have replaced the Corsairs with my old RAM and the computer is functional.

I have already tested the modules with GoldMemory program, which showed a lot of errors (can't recall exact number, but well over 1k). Funny, or rather strange thing is that the current modules made even more errors, but the PC is stable with them so far (1+week of nonstop gaming). With Corsairs I can't even open Opera, install a program or play a game. I will now try the Corsairs separately, in each slot, and with Memtest86.

Thanks for the advice so far!
