spikeymike
1 works, the other doesn't I've done everything that i've done before. The question is, do I need to send both RAM sticks back? Because that would leave me with no computer which is very inconvenient.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted July 7, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted July 7, 2009 Yes you would need to send both back. Let's get them replaced, please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace them. Be sure to check the box that says “I've already spoken to Technical Support and/or RAM Guy.”

spikeymike
Yes you would need to send both back. Be sure to check the box that says “I've already spoken to Technical Support and/or RAM Guy.” Ok, I've still not RMA'd my RAM yet lol. :o: Do you know what the RMA processing time just now is? Also, is it possible if my part is tested faulty again, do I have to get the same RAM back? I mean I'd rather have these: here. I remember when I had these in my first build, they were much reliable than these DHXs - The last set from the RMA only lasted about a month or 2 by looking at the data between my 1st RMA and the latest thread. :[pouts: The last thing I want is a 3rd RMA. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted March 16, 2010 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 16, 2010 I am sorry but we can only replace for the same part number that you send in and I would strongly suggest you call in and talk to our customer service about this, I think they can help you get this resolved and for sure they will need to Check the RMA # is still valid.
