Dontdrop
Hi. I've owned a Corsair HX520 for about an year and a half. Over the course of that time I've had 3 graphics cards - a 7900GT, an ATi 3870 and my current card. My last two graphics card were both affected by a problem where games would experience a large amount of jagged edges (even when anti-aliasing was turned on or maxed). I assumed that it was due to the cards itself, as both only developed these issues after a few months. However a few days back, I completely upgraded my rig, only leaving my hard drives and Corsair HX 520 un-changed. It was all going smooth until after a few days I noticed that, even with the AA at 8x, in TF 2 I was experiencing jaggies in the character select screen (and elsewhere). I am curious if there is a chance that my PSU may be defective and therefore affecting my video cards? Thanks in advance.
Yellowbeard
This does not sound power related. Did you do a completely new clean install of the OS?
Dontdrop
This does not sound power related. Did you do a completely new clean install of the OS? Absolutely, a clean install of Windows 7 x64 running on a brand new hard drive. Everything's new, in fact, except the PSU. That's my worry. There's a new ATI 9.6 driver out, do you have it? What you are describing does not sound power related to me. Most video cards, especially the more recent ones, will simply shut of when they are not getting enough power. What monitor do you have and does this tearing or jaggedness occur in games? If yes, what games?

I singled out Team Fortress 2, as I play it a lot and quickly notice visual discrepancies. I also noticed this in Crysis when I was playing it. Yellowbeard
Try a different PCI-e cable and also try the other connector. I doubt this is power related but, we'll replace the unit for you if you like.
Dontdrop
Changing the PCI-E cables did not fix the problem. I don't live in USA, do you do international RMAs?
