mrgino Posted June 19, 2009 Share Posted June 19, 2009 Hi, I sent in RMA 1109911 for case #997206 and received confirmation last Friday the 12th that it was received and would be processed shortly. I haven't received an update since. When I try to check the status at http://www.corsair.com/helpdesk/default.aspx, it brings me to the ticket I've already filled out and says at the bottom "Your RMA has already been processed and/or shipped. Please click here to start a new ticket instead of resubmitting this one." How can I check the current status of my RMA?
