RMA status unknown?

I sent in RMA 1109911 for case #997206 and received confirmation last Friday the 12th that it was received and would be processed shortly. I haven't received an update since. When I try to check the status at http://www.corsair.com/helpdesk/default.aspx, it brings me to the ticket I've already filled out and says at the bottom "Your RMA has already been processed and/or shipped. Please click here to start a new ticket instead of resubmitting this one."


How can I check the current status of my RMA? If it's been shipped, shouldn't I have received some sort of confirmation of this?

I have sent our customer service a message to check this and contact you with an update but it may take 24 hours before that happens, but you can call them at 888-222-4346 Ext "3" for more information.
