RMA has been processing for a long time.

Hi, I recently sent in my memory for RMA and the status page says "Defective Parts Received on: 6/5/2009". Apart from that none of the other information has been updated on my RMA status page. I am wanting to know if there is someone I should contact to see how the RMA is going.

 

After looking over the instructions for sending in my RMA, I realize I did not include a paper with my name and address inside the package. I did include the original email response from Corsair with my RMA number and case number though. I am hoping there won't be a problem linking my name and address with my case and RMA numbers. Is there any way I can contact someone to give them my name and address or is that unnecessary?

 

My case# is 978347 and my RMA number is 1107866

I have sent our customer service a request for you to check this and contact you ASAP but that may take a day or so, I would suggest calling in and asking them to check this for you, please call them at 888-222-4346 Ext "3"
