battleboyz
I'm just wondering if I have enough power in my corsair hx 1000 to run tri-sli gtx 260 core 216 (55nm,65nm,65nm) + 9800 gt for physx. My other stuff that are running: Core i7 920 (I will be overclocking) x58 classified e760 Freezone elite 2x raptor 74gb 1.5 tb harddrive 3x120 mm 3000 rpm scythe fans Swiftech pump mcp 655 If I don't have enough power can I use a the low power 9800 gt that uses about 66w that does not have a 6 pin connector on the card? Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted June 16, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 16, 2009 The GTX 260 is rated at 182 Watts per card so yes the HX1000 will have enough power to run three cards but you will likely be running close to the max of the PSU.
