Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted June 15, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 15, 2009 I would suggest that you update the BIOS for the motherboard and then load setup defaults and see if there is any change in the way the board is regulating the voltage. If all else fails we can try replacing the unit for you, however if the board is designed to use PSUs meeting older versions of the ATX spec (pre-ATX12v 2.0), the regulation could be off. To have the unit replaced, please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace it. Be sure to check the box that says “I've already spoken to Technical Support and/or RAM Guy.”

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted June 16, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 16, 2009 how can i turn off the regulation? I meant that the motherboard may not be regulating the voltages from the PSU properly. In some cases a BIOS update can help, in other cases the board will need to be replaced.
