jchambers2586 Posted June 10, 2009 Share Posted June 10, 2009 I have a power supply connected to a APC be750g battery UPS. the psu starts to make a buzzing sound when the ups goes into back up mode ex running off of battery. Insomniack Posted June 10, 2009 Share Posted June 10, 2009 It sounds like the UPS can't supply enough power, or there's electrical interference somewhere. Your APC 750G is a bit underpowered (450watts output), but it's hard to say without knowing your exact setup/needs. http://www.apc.com/tools/ups_selector/index.cfm Use this site above to see if it's powerful enough.
