64GB Flash Voyager not Detected by Vista 64

i have two Flash Voyager dirves, 32GB and 64G. The 32GB drive is formatted FAT32. The 64GB drive is formatted NTFS. My Windows XP machine detects, reads and writes to both just fine. My Vista 64 (SP 1) machine will only detect, read and write to the 32GB FAT32 drive.... Is this a Vista issue, an NTFS formatted flash drive issue or the flash drive itself problem? I've googled on this for a few days and there are tons of possibilities. Figured I would come here and give my question a shot.

Go to device manager with the 64 Gig Flash drive connected and see if it is listed in device manager!

Also I have posted this before in reference to Vista and flash drives might be worth reinstalling the mass storage drivers:

I would check this link as it seems to be a common issue with Vista

This seems to work as well.

Go to Local Disk ©, got to Windows, got to System32, go to Driverstore, go to Filerepository, go to usbstor.inf ( click the on that is newest), copy the usbstor.inf and usbstor.PNF files. After you have copied the two files got to Windows, inf folder and paste the files in that folder. Now your usb devices (flash drives, hard drives, ipods, etc.) should work. But you may need to remove the listed device for the non functioning device and restart the system.
