Hi,

the MSI P7N Diamond motherboard support 2 X TWIN2X4096-8500C5DF = 8 GB ?

 

Probably not due to the limits of the memory controller and it will vary from board to board. It should run 8GB but you may or may not be able to run them at 1066. You may need to run them at DDR800 or even DDR667.

in web site the MSI product specification speaks the following:

 

Supports dual channel DDR2 533/667/800/1066 and up, using four 240-pin DDR2 DIMMs

Supports the memory size up to 8GB

Yes but, here is the important thing to remember. It does not say that it can support DDR2 1066 AND 8GB at the same time. Most memory controllers cannot do this.
