Purgafox
I have exactly the same issue on my Motherboard the Asus P5Q SE / R. Currently i have Corsiar Dominator Ram installed 2x 2gb with Version 1.1 They run perfectly in Single mode on the first 2 Banks. But as soon as i go into Dual Channel Mode i get Bluescreens of death. This also happens with the new Ram Modules which are CMX2x2048-8500C5D 5-5-5-15 2.1V ver2.2 Old ones are CMX2x2048-8500C5D 5-5-5-15 2.1V ver1.1 Everytime i run the new ones either in Single or Dual Mode the System freezes after a while. The recognition of the Speed in Memory is on Auto and settings are exactly as mentioned on the RamStick. Overheating is also not an issue.
Wired
Sounds like a slot or memory controller issue since it's happening with multiple pairs.
Purgafox
Sorry but i figured the issue out. Obivously the Ram wont work in Dual Channel Mode on 1066 MHZ. So i downgraded the Ram to 800 MHZ and 4-4-4-12. Since then it works fine. Its not a issue with the RAM. They are working. But not on 1066.
