Oblivion-330
Hi, I have recently submitted an online RMA request but I have never had to send away a part because it was faulty before. I have a few questions relating to how I should post the faulty item: I have 2 sticks of ram and only 1 stick was faulty, can I just send away the faulty stick? or must I send both sticks? I have the original packaging lying around somewhere, do I need to send the module(s) in this? Do you need a copy of the recipt of purchase for the modules included? Thanks. Wired
Send both to ensure you get a matched pair back. Any packaging will do as long as the memory gets there in one piece. You only need a copy of the receipt if they ask you for it.
