Flash Voyager no longer recognized. Help

I have a 1GB USB Flash Voyager. Number on item reflects 603CASO. The last time I accessed it was approximately10 months ago. When I plug it in it is now not recognized. The small light near the back end lights briefly (it used to alway stay lit when info was accessible) but quickly goes out and the drive is not recognized on either my laptop or desktop. I have critical info on the drive. How can I access it and if the flash is toast, can the company extract the data?

Thanks

Corsair is not a data recovery company. All their RMA process would do would be to replace the drive. You'd have to contact a data recovery company for that process, however you may want to check the stickies first, as there are some programs you can try first yourself.

If the data is important then you may want to review the article here: . For some data recoveries advise. You may also want to check out websites such as http://www.download.com, http://www.softpedia.com, or http://www.snapfiles.com and search for "USB Data Recovery," to see if you can find some freeware/shareware that may help you recover the data. If all else fails then you may need to contact a local data recovery service center to find out if the data is recoverable.

If you can get the data off of the drive then please try and format the drive with this utility

If you still have problems, let’s get it replaced. Please use the RMA request found in TSXpress or follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it!
