Cody_a
I purchased a TX 650w PSU by corsair about 90 days ago, and upon having recently done cable management, have found an electrical short in the unit. I hooked a different PSU to the same hardware that was not functioning with the TX 650w, and found that it worked properly with the different PSU. ( I mention this to verify the diagnosis to the issue is the Corsair PSU). I would like to know what I can do to return the unit in its original packaging for a refund without getting a replacement, if possible.
Wired
Not sure they'd be able to refund you as they didn't sell it to you, the store did. What's the wattage of the other PSU?
