Voyager 2GB losing contact

I bought my Voyager 2GB in June 2007.Voyager worked great until one month before.When I connect him to any PC sometimes it seems that he is not connected,sometimes Windows reports 'USB device not recognized',sometimes Windows reports that drive support only USB 1.1,sometimes looks like drive is rapidly connecting and disconnecting,sometimes it works normaly for some time and then I have no access to data and sometimes it works how it should.

Is there any solution to my problem.

Serial number is 071205780.

 

And if you are willing to replace drive I hope that fact I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina is not problem.
