m24
Hi, I have a corsair flash voyager 8GB USB2.0 Flash Drive and the metal part at the end that connects is coming loose from the casing. The drive has to be wiggled before it can be detected or held in place and then half the time it isnt detected at all. I've tested it on two laptops and my main rig which is a gigabyte 965p ds3 with 2 gigs corsair xms memory/core2duo and an ati radeon hd 2400 pro. The laptops are the eeepc 7001 and compaq nx9030. Can it be replaced, thanks :)

m24
Thanks. I have a problem though, I 've recieved the email with the rma number and address/instructions and it says I have to print out the whole email and send it with the flash stick package. The problem is I dont have access to a printer at the moment and would like to get this stick changed as soon as possible. Is it really important to send the printout? or is there another way in which I could forward the confirmation email to someone to prove i've recieved it? thanks. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted May 21, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 21, 2009 Just write the Information on a piece of paper RMA number and your name address and phone number and put it in the package.
