Justin_Spud
Hi, So ever since I built my new PC (last August), I have been running into the occasional blue screen with Vista x64 ever since I got it, but assumed these were to do with the OS not my hardware. I recently started to play WoW, only to constantly recieve errors. I looked these up, and found it may be due to memory errors. /endstory I first ran Memtest V2.11, with both sticks of RAM (TWIN2X4096-6400C4DHX - 4GB (2x2GB) Corsair TwinX XMS2, DDR2 PC2-6400 (800), 240 Pins, Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 4-4-4-12, DHX), at 5-5-5-18 at 2.1V as recommended in the instructions. Within the first few seconds I already had 100+ errors. I then left this running and received even more errors (See:http://i44.tinypic.com/263khl3.jpg). I assume this not normal. I then ran it using the first stick (in slot 1 on MB) and recieved no errors. (See:http://i40.tinypic.com/3166npj.jpg) I then ran it using the second stick (in slot 1 on MB)and recieved errors once again (See:http://i41.tinypic.com/1r2r8x.jpg) I asssume the second stick is faulty and that I should return it? Also are there any other checks I should do, or is it pretty certain stick #2 has the problem? Thanks in advance.
Wired
I'd go right to the online RMA form: http://www.corsair.com/helpdesk/default.aspx
