Faulty? TWIN2X2048-6400C5DHX

Computer loads up but doesn't get past POST and no access to BIOS. All BIOS settings were changed by using my old Corsair RAM. It was working previously in another system until I moved into my system.

 

What I've tried and failed:

- Each RAM individually in different slots on the motherboard.

- Increase the voltage to 1.9v

- Manually set the RAM timings

- Cleared the CMOS

 

Just filled out the RMA form...

This is my current status, I sent the RAM out on Monday from Scotland to Holland via Royal Mail Airmail... just wondering if my RMA status is up to date? Corsair should have it by now. :(:

Sorry I thought you meant from Corsair, no I had no tracking of my parcel but gladly I now know it has been received by Corsair. :laughing:

 

Just need to wait to see what they're going to do.

NP I would give it about 24-48 Hours and then if there is still no update you may want to call our customer service at 510-657-8747 Ext "3" and see if they can check into the case for you.

This is what Corsair said to me.
