after3ds
Hi, I can´t get my Asus P6T Deluxe V2 to work with 12gb ram? First time i started my new computer bios show 12gb but windows (xp-64bit) only 8gb? But the second time I checked bios it only show 8gb? I have tested "CPU-Z" and it show 12gb!? I have removed all sticks and try to start with only one stick and it doesn´t work in slot 1-3 (only black screen) But from slot 4 every stick work fine!? I try with only 6gb (Corsair TR3X6G1333C9) and bios only show 4gb!!!!!!!?????? I need help with this please! i have called my dealer and he said it´s wrong with the memory but I can´t find anything wrong with it! My dealer said it´s impossible to have 12gb!? Can anyone help me? bob808
Might be a board problem. Which bios are you using? I have the p6t delux (first version) and 12g of corsair dominator running slightly underclocked with i7 920 overclocked to 3.99 ghz (stable on air cooling) using bios ver 1403
