rogue2shadow
Hi! I recently bought an HX1000W from Amazon. I did read the 23 pin forum thread so it would seem that was not a problem at all. What I did notice was that the endings of all my blue and black connectors (modular cables) consistently had 1 or 2 pins missing from the part that is supposed to connect to the PSU. Is this a new cable design or all my wires faulty? I did not place this in my CPU because of the fear that they could potentially be faulty and cannot tell you if they work or not. I was just wondering if Corsair had heard anything about this as of yet. Attached is a picture of what I am talking about. Thanks, r2s
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted April 27, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 27, 2009 This is normal, depending on the type of cable there will be 0, 1 or 2 pins missing. Go ahead and hook it up and let us know if you have any other questions!
