Stevewwd Posted April 24, 2009 Share Posted April 24, 2009 I purchased a 16 GB Flash Voyager pen drive last May 28, 2008 from Microcenter. I have my original receipt. The pen drive just stopped working. It does not even mount on any computer. I know that there is a 10 year warranty on these drives. How can I send it back and receive a new one?
