GeForce6200
Ok, So i have had this restart for a while and am finally gonna ask the question. Whenever I go from a cold boot it goes to vista loading bar and BSOD, restart, boot up normal. When I take out two sticks of ram, it works just fine. Doesn't matter what sticks are in, all are good. Just when there is 4 sticks instead of 2. Anyone have any idea on this? I have 4 Sticks of DHX 6400C5, but they are two different versions. 2.3 and 5.1. Run at same timings and V. Help Please! Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted April 21, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 21, 2009 With 4 modules DDR667 would be suggested and try and set the memory Voltage to 2.0 Volts as well.
GeForce6200
Thanks much RAMGUY. I set at 2.0V and so far so good. Should I set it down to DDR667? Will I lose much performance?
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted April 27, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 27, 2009 No not much because the timings will get a bit more aggressive and the system should be more stable.
