kevinf
hi i bought a dual channel kit of 2gb memory back in february 2009. today for some reason, the computer gave me a blue screen so i tested the memory. i tested each stick individually and discovered that the computer would not boot if one of the 2gb sticks were inserted. i have already submitted a RMA case but i am not sure if i will be able to find the original packaging woudl that be OK? Wired
Yes, the original packaging isn't needed. A padded envelope will do.

kevinf
hi i am about to ship my defective memory back to Corsair. it says to include a "copy of this RMA confirmation with your shipment" would that RMA confirmation be the email that contains the link to the shipping label print out? also do i have to use the shipping label if i am going to be using a box? i don't have any padded envelopes. i would just write the mailing address and return address, the rma number and case number on the box right?
