Cidona
Just bought my new case and PSU (Corsair 850TX). The location for the PSU is at the bottom of the case. The fan of the PSU is on the 'bottom' of the unit. Will it create any problems (warranty or otherwise) if I install the PSU upside down so the PSU fan is not sitting flat on the bottom of the case? Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted April 16, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 16, 2009 You can mount the PSU with the fan facing up, that should not be a problem.

Yellowbeard
Just be VERY careful during your build or any subsequent parts changes. It's easy to drop a screw down into the unit which is a BAD idea. Cover the PSU fan grill when working inside the case with small screws or lay the case on its side.
