hoytpurcell
I have a Corsair 520 HX power supply, and an ASUS P5Q-E 775 P45 motherboard. The MB has four small fan connectors: 3-pin CHA_FAN1-3 and 3-pin PWR_FAN. (It also has a CPU fan connector, which I was able to use). I can't figure out how to connect the three case fans on my Antec P182 case to these fan connectors. (The fans have large 4-wire connectors). There are no small plugs available. I had to connect the three case fans directly to the power supply. The fans work but their information isn't available on the BIOS. Help please. Thanks, Hoyt
Wired
Sounds like they don't have fan leads, so getting a converter adapter wouldn't matter.
hoytpurcell
Thanks. Each of the three fans has a 2-wire lead about 16" long, ending in a flat plug that has four pins and is male on one end and female on the other. The distance between the two outside pins is not quite 1".
