Conners Posted April 9, 2009 Share Posted April 9, 2009 Hi, I have a Dominator Airflow fan that squeels and get louder everyday. I finally took it out of the system. I did an online RMA (4/6/08) from a post where you gave the part number for just the fan. I explained in my RMA that I saw the post, P/N and saw no reason posting in the forums as I found the answer to my question. BTW it's Case #924312 Here is what I go as a reply: Technical Support: I am sorry but that part is not available as a single module you would need to get them replaced as a set. Once you confirm we will approve your RMA request. I wrote: I do not need the memory modules I need the dominator airflow fan only. Unless you can't send them that way. Then I would want you to send them to me 1st then I would send what I have back otherwise my computer would be down. Let me know what to do. Nothing happens so I wrote: Ok send me the TWIN2X4096-8500C5DF that should include the Dominator Airflow fan. :roll: Nothing happens so today I wrote: What's the status on this?
