Razor1111
Hello, I have a Corsair Flash Voyager 4 GB drive. The problem is while ejecting drive from my PC, the USB connector came loose from the body of the drive. I have received an RMA to initiate return- the RMA number is 1099618. Two Questions: Q1. I have been asked to ship to the address Corsair Memory, Inc. 46221 Landing Parkway Fremont, CA 94538 Phone 510-657-8747 I am residing in India and want to know whether it is OK to ship my drive to CA and Corsair will ship back to me. Also, how long should it take one my drive reaches the CA office. Q2. I have tested my drive using h2testw.exe and got message "No errors were detected". This should mean I have a genuine drive. Am I correct?
Wired
I'd respond to that email and inform them that you're in india. There's depots in Asia and the Netherlands, but I think India has their own way of doing RMAs.
