Voyager Mini 8GB 'Device not recognised' under Vista 32 Home Premium

I just got the Voyager Mini 8GB thumb drive and Vista won't recognise it. A dialoge pops up saying that one of the USB devices under the USB Root Hub is an Unknown Device.

 

I tried the thumb stick in my other two Win XP Pro machines and it works great, just not under Vista Home Premium on my R61 lappy.

 

I've reformated it as a Fat32 and still no luck :(

 

Any hints or known fixes for this?
