tefird
Hello, I have two Corsair CMFUSB2.0-16GB flash drives that I purchased around the same time. One runs nice and fast, and formats FAT32 to 14.9 GB. The second unit runs slowly and formats FAT32 to 15.0 GB. Further, I'm having issues with this device on several different computers. When I plug the device in, I'm told that it needs a disk check. Every time I run a disk check, it either stops in the middle or completes without finding any problems. If I make the mistake of having the bad flash drive in the USB port at boot up, Windows spends several minutes running a check disk on the drive. That process never corrects the problem that caused it to run the check disk in the first place. I have tried the drive in four different machines, all running various versions of Windows. Is there anything I can do to resolve this problem with my second USB flash drive? Thanks!
