mp18
After installing a pair of ram (2x2gig, TWIN2X2048-6400C4 ) in my Dell XPS Gen5, I couldn’t boot up window XP. It was stuck at the bio start page..(the page that has the black background and a process bar in the middle)…it just stuck there.. I trying clearing the cmos…won’t work… It is because of ram voltage not being adequate?? What can I do? :[pouts: Greatly appreciated!
