RMA status

My case number is 823885. I had a RMA and sent my flash drive in to be replaced about a month ago. Corsair told me that they got it, but I haven't received the replacement. Is there anyway I could find out what is going on with my RMA?

I have sent our customer service an email but it may be best if you called them.

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “3” or send them an email (rmaservice@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!
