Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted March 9, 2009 Corsair Employee Share Posted March 9, 2009 If the fan in the PSU were to stop spinning we would want to replace the unit for you. The unit would definitely get hotter without the fan running, and at some point if the unit were to reach an unsafe temperature it would shut down to prevent any damage.
