rkosian Posted March 8, 2009 Share Posted March 8, 2009 I just bought a pair of Corsair CMX1024-3200C2PT 400MHz memory modules to upgrade my friend's Dell Dimension 3000 (533MHz FSB). When installed, the computer beeps and does not start. The memory configurator on http://www.newegg.com (where I bought the modules) says that these will work, but I notice that the memory configurator on http://www.corsairmemory.com recommends 333 MHz modules (not 400). Are these modules compatible with the Dimension 3000? If so, can you recommend further troubleshooting? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
